New to Radcliffe?

We are a lively church with 120 members and 50 friends, aged 2-97, led by our Minister, Rev Mark Roberts, and his team.

SUNDAY WORSHIP 10 am. Led by a variety of Methodist Local Preachers and Ministers, including our own Minister, Rev Mark Roberts.

HOLY COMMUNION There is a monthly Service of Holy Communion in the Sunday Worship and on the Second Friday of each month at 9.30 am.

CHILDREN Families are welcomed and children stay in for the first part of the service and then have their own crèche and Junior Church.

BUILDINGS Our church and schoolroom are over 100 years old and we are in the process of improving the premises so that they that are more fit for purpose.

FAITH DEVELOPMENT We have House Groups, Bible Study Groups, a Prayer Group.

PASTORAL CARE The Minister leads a Pastoral Care Team of 20 Visitors, who regularly keep in touch with all the Membership and Fellowship.

PRAYER CHAIN A team of members who pray in response to emergency situations.

CIRCUIT ACTIVITIES We are part of the Nottingham South Circuit, which regularly provides United Services and social activities and Faith Development Courses.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES    Fellowship groups for all ages;
                                       Art group;
                                       Walking group;
                                       Choir;
                                       Music group.

ECUMENICAL ACTIVITIES We are part of Christians Together in Radcliffe. With the other Churches in the village we take part in United Services, Carols at the Grange, the Walk of Witness on Good Friday, Services at the Care Homes, the House-to-House Collection in Christian Aid week, the Lent Course and social events and support the Radcliffe-on-Trent Community Youth Project (ROTCYP) in employing Christian Youth Workers in Radcliffe and running the Friday Evening Youth Club.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES   Food for Thought monthly – homemade soup and cake lunch;
                                               Community Café monthly – homemade cakes and coffee;
                                               Friday Coffee Morning;
                                               Parents and Toddlers Group (Little Angels)
